2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Supply necessary materials
  • Respond promptly
  • Ensure legal compliance of provided content

Delays caused by clients are not our responsibility.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Payments follow invoice terms
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated

4. Scope & Revisions

Each project follows agreed scope and revision limits.

Additional requests may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

After full payment:

  • Clients own their original materials
  • Vireal Marketing may showcase work for portfolio unless objected

All website content remains protected.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Unless stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable after work begins
  • No refunds for partial or completed work
  • Cancellations must be in writing

Exceptions are at management discretion.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profit
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect damages

Liability is limited to fees paid.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential unless required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Policy violations
